Cscope 15.8b and Ctags 5.8 for Windows

To whom it may concern.

I came across what seem to be recent Windows builds of Cscope 15.8b and Ctags 5.8. They're inside the msi-installer for CodeQuery (link below). In case you don't want to run the installer they can be extracted from the msi with 7zip. I've renamed them, placed them in MinGW/bin, and they appear to run properly (however, I have no experience with either).

No CppCheck, however. The version 2.3 I got does not seem to work properly. It has been running for hours now, with the message below on top of all other applications and meanwhile CB hangs with a green rotating wheel. There's almost no CPU activity for CB but CppCheck hoovers around the 13-percent mark.
