I installed Code::Blocks yesterday. Everything works fine except the toolbar of the compiler and the debugger. I can compile  but i need to access the function via the menu. Build->Compile. The Toolbar appears but I can not click on any icons. does anyone know what happened here?

Although you did not provide the most important information (which version are you using, what compiler, etc.), I guess you are using RC2 and have a corrupted .layout_bin file. That file is found in your home folder. Delete it and try again.
