How to add a custom compiler

- is there any way to set a "custom" compiler in Settings > Compiler...? my intention is to use multiple versions of MSVC compiler.
for example add "MSVC compiler 2017", "MSVC Compiler 2019"

You can copy any compiler and edit it afterwards.
