I can't figure out which file to download to install mingw.  There are some EXE files I tried to download but they want to install to a directory called C:\msys, not C:\MingW like the Code::Blocks instructions say?  Does anyone know what is the correct file to download to install MingW??

I'm glad you 've found it, but I'm gonna post the answer in case someone else has the same problem:

If you haven't used it before, the easiest way to install MinGW is to download and run    MinGW-3.1.0-1.exe...
