managed to make C::B display wxWidgets warnings twice. here's how to reproduce them:

1st warning:

  • open a cbp project you've created in C::B
  • if there are any files available for viewing, any at all, even if you're staring at just one file, manually close them and get met with this:
  • you are given the option to "Stop" or "Continue"

2nd warning:

  • right-click on project name, and click on "Properties..."
  • go to "Libraries" tab
  • click on the "Try to detect missing ones" button and get met with this:
  • unlike the 1st warning, the 2nd one causes C::B to crash!

@yositoki-mabbe, I cannot reproduce the first warning (closing a file is a very common operation, this had be spotted before).

The second looks like a memory corruption caused by the thread in headersdetectordlg.cpp.

I duplicated the second issue running svn-r13415 CB; so, not a new problem.
C Programmer working to learn more about C++.
On Windows 10 64 bit and Windows 11 64 bit.

Hi,

I suppress MalwareBytes on my two config Windows, I downloaded last NB (25 May 2024 ) with Edge (not Firefox) ... and BitDefender don't alert me ...
I can install last nightly of CB on my two computers (Windows + Linux Mint 22.03 in double boot, thank's Xaviou).
This confirm "False positive" detect with last NB (after suppress also Winzip Utility System that MalwareBytes detect with PUP, and suppress after verify with this tool).
Sorry about my alert ...
Good job : GCC 14.1.0 + WX 3.2.5 (up to date versions), I don't detect "Debug Alert" with this last version... (normal user running).

Hi,

I notice a bug over copy/paste on Code::Blocks.

For example, when I open Dolphin (Fedora's file manager), press F2 over a file and copy its name (Ctrl+C) and try to Paste this text (Ctrl+V) in to a file opened in the Code::Blocks, nothing happens.

I'm running a Fedora 40 KDE (6.1) Spin.

best regards,

Miguel Gimenez
