Installing code::blocks on Ubuntu 22.04.4 LTS

I just installed the binary release for Linux : codeblocks_20.03_i386_oldstable.tar.xz on my machine, extracted it but I am lost from now, I don't know how to make the software work.

What should I do next ?  :-\
