Wanted list

Hello. I have tried out C::B and i like it. I like it so much that I want to contribute to it in code form.
And contrib. in plugins is a good way I think. But it is a little hard to find what plugins that are already finished or someone already working on.
So... Is there a wanted list  where all the plugins is listed in one page, plugins that are wanted?
