Bug #7735: Patch + src/scripts/Makefile.am

Since none of zip, tar.gz and tar.bz2 worked (only corrupted archive after downloading them), I post it here.

Summary of Bug #7735: src/scripts/*.script files aren't installed by autotools.

So here is the patch (configure.in and src/Makefile.am changed) and the src/scripts/Makefile.am (I didn't include the directories into the archive)

It's my first change of an autotools project, but it's only a very little one and I tested it.

EDIT: the patch is against rev2526 and made by svn diff in the codeblocks-rootdirectory
