rev2764 have two problem

1. Can't load plugin: wxSmith.dll, but i had deleted all old soucres, and re-download it from svn.
I just now used the lasted Binutils 2.17.50

There isn't these problems in rev2763.

This was the stupidest Copy&Paste error I've ever done. I've corrected this issue at home but Copy&Pasted the wrong variant to all wizards. Sorry for that - corrected in SVN.
Compiler logging: Settings->Compiler & Debugger->tab "Other"->Compiler logging="Full command line"

I have tested: if use binutils-2.16.91, this error not happened. :(
