Hi, I've just read that:

Powerful editor auto-complete (not to be confused with the code-completion plugin). Type a keyword, e.g. "whileb", and press Ctrl-J

It look very nice But how does it work ? Can it be customized ?

Settings->Editor->Auto complete
I think it's pretty straightforward. If you 're having problems, just ask.

Where do you store user-defined (I mean these manually added) macros?

Where all configuration is stored:
Under win32 in the registry.
Under linux in ~/.CodeBlocks
