Dear all,

As you know there are a dozen other C/C++ IDEs out there some commercial, some freeware, some opensource etc.
What makes Codeblocks stand out in the crowd is its flexibility to let the user choose the compiler/debugger.
Most of the other similar projects have an all-or-nothing approach, take the whole package (editor, debugger, compiler, etc.) or leave. This approach is often unrealistic and too big a stone to lift. As a result they abondon the development at one or another point.

So congrates to your realistic goals.
Any chance to have the option of DDK environment in Codeblocks?

Also if you get even one functionality right, it will alone make Codeblocks popular. One example is code formatting.

Regards, Abraham

Life would be so much easier if we could just look at the source code.
