File Associations Should Be Optional On Install

It is annoying that when I wanted to have a look at Code::Blocks that it overwrites my file associations without asking me

I agree. In the meantime testers might want to export their current, preferred file association reg keys so they can restore them. and the creators of codeblocks might also want to put a warning about this glitch in the install docs.
