• Updated non-windows build
• Fixed autotools build (added missing $DESTDIR)

Regressions/Confirmed/Annoying/Common bugs:

• toolbar-images-not-changing-state (is a wx problem/Win XP problem)
• menu items with icon not correctly aligned (since wx263)

I have sent a post containg report from unstable running CB, and now running CB compiled from SVN (22nd of september) CB works likely in similar
unstable way. Maybe it was overlooked what I have reported or useless.. Have a look and let me now:
