How works the 'MIME Handler'

Hi everybody,

How the title say, how works this plugin, i tried to open PDF and HTML files giving
the wildcard and the program to use, but the IDE don't do nothing when i trying, so,
what is the problem? :?

You have to setup how to operate for an "unknown" file extension in the options: Menu "Settings" -> "Environment" -> "Files extensions handling". You can setup there what shall happen when you click on a file with an extension that is not known to C::B.
