Nightly builds installation problem on FC5

Can someone tell me what do these errors meen:

error: open of <!DOCTYPE failed: No such file or directory
error: open of HTML failed: No such file or directory
error: open of PUBLIC failed: No such file or directory

I'm using Linux Fedora Core 5 and I get these errors every time that I try to make a rpm -Uvh installation.

Do these errors meen that I'm missing a package or what?

Sounds like you are trying to install an HTML file :-)

Try downloading it again, and check the RPM with "file".
(viewing the file probably works too, maybe an error?)
