toolbar problem

it is my first time to use this IDE, i cant find main, compiler and debugger toolbar back when i do some setting with it. i drag  and close the mainbar . but i found the mainbar cant display and be found anywhere when i want to use it again . i do the same operation with other toolbar, complier and debugger toolbar, it disappeared too :shock:
i try to find out the IDE` setting in script file and register and there is nothing. now, how can i find them :?

it is no use i had try it
is there any setting-files to direct edit toolbars` position parameter?
i think maybe the toolbars` position is out of the screen.

the mainbar diplay but no icons in it, it is a empty mainbar

Try Menu->View->Layouts->Delete current
