MacOSX: Compiler and debugger settings dialog patch

Similar as for the earlier "Build options" dialog patch, I would propose the attached (hack) patch for "Compiler and debugger" settings dialog.
I have supplied an image of this dialog as seen on MacOSX previously.
The dialog window width is too small to fit the tabs.

Will this behaviour be better in wxWidgets 2.7?

As of wxWidgets 2.7.2, it's not (well i didn't test in code::blocks, but tab overflow still isn't handled)
