Issue on new MinGW installer

FYI:

The new MinGW installer MinGW-5.1.0.exe they are working on to download updates has a problem.
I would suggest waiting on it.

What ever you do, DO NOT install in into the default folder of c:\minGW is can break all minGW installs on your machines.

The error I got mentioned "__cpu_features_init" in it.

Thanks for that mate, I'll stick with 5.0.3. I would have tried it when I found out and broken everything. :)

FYI: The reason they are working on 5.10 is because a source forge change broke the prior 5.0.x installs.
