CodeBlocks DLL Monolithic Option (Request)

Is it possible to have a debug version of C::B so that I can compile faster when testing C::B changes?
This debug version will not have one big DLL but all the smaller DLLs (Like wxWidgets). I don't have a powerful machine at my disposal and compiling takes more time than some of the bug solutions!
