How to install latest GCC + MingW into codeblocks ?

Hello,

At first, I wanted to thanks a lot the CB Team, you've really done a very powerful and nice job!
I've downloaded CB + the nightly builds and all works fine, well...
But I have GCC 3.4.4 installed into this package and I wanted to know 'how' to upgrade to latest GCC + MingW Windows binaries packages, and then beeing able to compile using CB please?

could you please told me the step what you fallow in installation of c::b ,GCC and wxwidgets.
