[FR] Disable 'Overtype' mode

This is for those programmers (like me) who uses editor only in 'Insert' mode and never uses it in 'Overtype' mode (it's controlled with the 'Insert' button on the standard PC keyboard).

Is it possible to provide a setting to completely disable 'Overtype' mode, even if the 'Insert' button was pressed accidentally?
Does Scintilla provide such a feature?
