a problem with a large file

I tried to open a large source file C++ (4k lines) via the latest nightly build - C::B started to freeze for several seconds (up to few minutes sometimes) on every action, even on non-editing action (i.e. just moving around the file). After I closed the file, C::B returned to its normal speed.

The file is very simple - just a declaration of hundred enums.

Is it a known problem?
