wxSmith menu/status bar will shrink the default size of frame

Hi Byo,

Thanks for your wxSmith and the menu/status bar functions. After I try it, I found if the menu/status bar are added in a frame, it would occupy some space which will shrink the default size of a frame. Refer the attach picture for your reference.
Could you please tell me how should configure the setting in order to avoid this issue?
