Unchecked files in targets are not saved as unchecked.

Under Project Properties, Build Targets, every file is checked on load despite being unchecked when the project is saved or closed.

I have a couple of text files that are added as "other".  Everytime I open a project I have to uncheck them before I build the project.


I am using apr 17 build svn 3865 but the problem has been there for quite awhile.

This bug has been fixed in Rev 3868. Use a latest nightly to get rid of this bug.
