UI to set the debug working dir

Hi,
I'm embarrassed to say that I don't see how to set the working directory in the IDE.  I need this because in my source code the file paths are relative.  I'm using the build from March 14, 2007 - rev. 3703.  I'm on WinXP using the GCC compiler settings in my project files.  Please send help.
