Why no put Watches window in bottom?

Why no put Watches window in bottom? or It can be moved anyway?

well you can put it wherever you like (docked or undocked), but currently you can't make it a child (or tabbed panel) of another window such as the messages window. you could submit a feature request if that's what you want, but i imagine it would take some work.
