Upgrading wxGTK

I'm getting the c::b drag and drop crash.  I was told I needed to upgrade to wxGTK2.8.  I'm running Ubuntu (feisty) and I ran this:
sudo apt-get install libwxbase2.8-0

It installed, but I still get the crash.  Also on a newer build of cb  that I downloaded it won't even let me install it because "libwxbase2.8-0 dependency not satisfied".  What do I need to do to install wxGTK2.8?
