"Couldn't add an image to the image list" constantly popping up

Hi

I'm running CodeBlocks on WinXP and after having recently reinstalled it, I keep getting an error message whenever i try to save, or just when i'm writing code.

The error message popup is titled "CodeBlocks error" and the text always says "Couldn't add an image to the image list".

I can just hit return to make it go away, but its very annoying as it happens every few seconds - any suggestions on how to make it stop?
