[SOLVED] Couldn't execute tool. (Vista)

Hey guys, having some problems with CB on Vista (yea, I know there are some issues :/ ).
I can't launch any tool from within CB: "Couldn't execute tool. Check the log for details." These are standard applications as the Qt Assistant oder Qt Designer, but it doesn't work with bat's or qmake, moq, etc., too. Is this a known issue, and are there ways to fix it?

Edit: It also seems that CB has no access to the global windows variables... compiling, linking and executing a project is followed by a "xxx.dll" not found error, but when I start the exe in Windows Explorer, it works fine (because the folder where the dll is located is in the PATH variable).

How do you configure tools->configure tools. Can you send a screenshot.

Hmm okay, don't ask me why, but it works properly now.
