Compiler in window mode

Hello,

I build small console applications, just to test some algorithms.
When I build a project, the compiler starts in text (console) mode, and the screen flicks while changing display mode.
Please tell me if there is a way to start the compiler in window mode.
I use mingw32-g++.exe.
