crash when closing code::blocks

I believe I have already discuss about this crash, but I don't find anything when I search in the forums or the bugs list. So here I go again.

When I open a new project (or a c++ file), the window containing the file freeze (even with a simple HelloWorld project).
For the simple HelloWorld project, I have to wait 75s.
And when I close Code::blocks during this time, I've got an error message saying that windows couldn't locate the project file. But everything is saved.

Note that when the parser is disabled, nothing happen.

Is this a known problem?
