Collapse mechanism and Tabs in management view

Hi,

in the Management View I have different tabs: Project, Symbols, Files and Resources. If I click on the first Tab Project and press Ctrl-Tab then nothing happens. If I click on a different Tab in the Management View then with Ctrl-Tab the next Tab will be selected, until the first Tab Project is reached. But then the Ctrl-Tab has no effect again. Is this a bug or idented to be so?

where you can click at an icon to select the different views. Even more if you click at a selected icon the view will be collapsed and if you click again the view will be expanded. Personally I find this behaviour very comfortable.

What do other users think about such a behaviour using icons and a collapse mechanism?
