Create source package from CB project

Hello!
My question is simple and I'm a little ashamed not to find an answer to it

So, I have a CB installed on my system from source and I've written a program using it.
But how do I create source package of my program with 'configure' and 'makefile' to allow other people on different systems who doesn't have CB installed to compile my project?
Are there special tools to create configure file with dependencies or plugins or something else?

p.s. Forgot to mention - system is OpenSuse 10.3
