New compiler support: SDCC

A new compiler has been added in the ever-growing list of supported compilers: SDCC, short for "Small Device C Compiler",
a popular compiler targeted at micro-processors and.

Special thanks go to Stanimir Jordanov who has provided the code. Among his other projects, the most well-known is showtraf, a project that monitors network traffic on a selected network interface.
