How to use C::B in a USB folder, OS is Debian

I want use C::B worked in debian 4.0r3, but not use deb and setup.
All files in a same folder, C::B how do  it?

the most easy way is to compile it your self and run a scripts that sets the environment from a single folder to run codeblocks, but I dont remember well  :(
