Cannot launch Code::Blocks 8.02

[HPz]

I loaded CodeBlocks 8.02 and when I launch it, I have the following message.

Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime library
Runtime error
Progam c:\Program Files\codeblocks.exe
This application requested the Runtime to terminate it in unusual way.
Please contact the application support team for more information.

What does that mean and what can I do?

I am under Windows XP SP1. Thank You.
