Is it a Bug? -- the message window of C::B is missing!

C::B RC1-1
win XP SP2

when I resize the message window, I drag the message window's top to status bar, but it Missing, I press F2, no effect.
Is It a bug?

Yes, it's a known bug, and it's fixed already.
