Install C::B on an external hard drive

Hello,
I'm a french boy and I speak a very bad english so sorry!
I want to install C::B on my external hard drive but when I make that is write in wiki, it doesn't run normaly!
I can run C::B but I can't make a new project because "console application" ... are wroten in red.
I hope I have understand the wiki's manipulation but I'm not sure.
I want to now the names of the files that I need to place on my external hard drive.
I hope someone can help me.

If you read the user manual, you have all you need (but you have to read  :lol:)

I will try to translate this and I will say if it run or not!
but translate correctly not will be easy ^^!

EDIT : That's OK. I have succeed. I don't exactly what I've done but C::B run correctly on my external hard drive and this is the most important ^^!
