I need exactly the same thing. Is there a way to do this?

No such thing, sorry. FTP hasn't been implemented.

http:// access should work, although I tried just a minute ago, and it doesn't. That's weird, I know for sure that it ought to work because I implemented it, and I tried so many times that I'm 100% certain it did work.

It seems you can't start codeblocks --profile=http://your.domain/profile.conf any more either...? When I try to do this, nothing happens. No error message, no network traffic visible on wireshark, simply nothing.
