Why couldn't open *.h directly in code::blocks?

why couldn't open *.h(in include file by right click) directly in code::blocks?

but I can use it in WindowsXp?

because too many  files with the same name,I couldn't know which is right(be include in program) in Linux System.

hope to correct it... ...
