Problem on start-up Code::Blocks IDE

HI!,
      I´d like to ask you about Code::bolcks IDE because when I start Code::blocks IDE, my monitor turns off and turns on again; this happens  when I compile a code too.
      is there someone who knows why it´s happening?
Sorry for my English, but I speak Spanish.
