Installation on MAC OSX 10.4.8

I'd like to install Code:Blocks on MAC. But the download link is invalid for me. It's so slow and doesn't support resume. So I comile it from source code. Everything seems to be fine after I "sudo make install". The application is installed in /usr/local/bin and plugins are installed in /usr/local/share/codeblocks. The problem is the application can't load startup page and plugins. The debug window shows "No plugin manifest found in resource."

Can anybody advise? Thanks.
