Patch for taskbar-icon in batch-build

Hi,
here's a small patch adding functionality to the taskbar-icon in batch-build mode.
The function simply raises the batch-build dialog on Left-Click. I find this quite handy, because there is no way to get that window on top other than tab-switching.

There could be plenty of other uses for a taskbar-icon. It could also be an option for standard runs, have a menu for fast access on some stuff.
