How do I install keyboard shortcut plugin?

Q1: How do I install keyboard shortcut plugin? 

A1: ?

Q2: If A1 is "rerun installer" (as it was in a 9 month old post), how do I do that? (I did not run an "installer" in the first place).

Install codeblocks-contrib package, if it exists for gentoo.

For the ebuild in portage, you have to use the contrib use flag.

If you're compiling a fresh svn version (better idea), check the output of ./configure --help for the command --with-contrib-plugins.
